BUS THEN BIKE SHELTERS A particularly successful project has been the Bus Then Bike shelters which provide long-term secure and weather-protected bicycle storage for commuters who take the bus. Right now there are two big plans in the works. The first would give Flatiron Flyer -like bus routes fast and frequent to State Highway 7 East Arapahoe and State Highway 119 the Diagonal. The other would bring a number of improve- ments to East Arapahoe Ave. from Folsom in Boulder to 75th St.. The East Arapahoe Transportation Plan includes biking and walking enhancements and bus rapid transit to help ease local and regional transportation congestion while improving options for walking biking and public transit.
